“I had an issue with a water leak from my upstairs laundry room. I got a couple estimates ranging from $600 (putting a bandaid on the problem) vs $12k. My insurance sent a third-party to take a look, which happened to be Speciality Contractors. Tom came by and gave us the most detailed estimate and a plan that sounded the most reasonable. I was a little hesitant to go with them, mostly because I found it weird that the reviews on here mostly talked about carpet cleaning. I just finished signing paperwork on the completion of the repair and I am happy to say I am very satisfied with the job they did. Carol, Tom, Brian and all the other contractors we came across were all friendly and professional. Brian, the project manager was always quick to send me updates and communicate with me. If I ever need any home repairs done, I now know who to go to. If I had to mention an area of improvement, I'd like suggest shoe coverings. I understand the contractors that are doing work need to wear shoes, but during the process several people came by to do estimates or look at specific things. I always appreciate when shoe coverings are worn.”

“My husband and I bought this home now about three years ago and have slowly been renovating it. Exterior and interior paint, done. Floors, done. Appliances, done. Decor, done... but something was missing. We saw shutter treatments at a friend's house and fell in love with them. We originally set up for a consultation with Texas Shutters and Blinds but after meeting with them, we didn't feel confident in proceeding with our purchase. After doing more research we found out that several family members and friends used Sunburst Shutters so we quickly reached out to them. Steve came out and met with us for a couple hours, showing us and telling us more about the shutters than the previous company had. We were blown away by the details he brought to our attention regarding our horizontal sliding windows, the half moon window, etc. Only half way through meeting with Steve we knew we were ready. We did the entire house; Getting these new shutters felt like Christmas morning for a six year old! Despite having to wait two months for them to be custom made... the accuracy of the measurements, the precision of the build made it well worth the wait! Ron and Guy came out to install them and let me tell you, they were the most WONDERFUL, profession, politest men I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Usually I dread having to be the one to stay home for home-related work but these men made it stress free! We have three large dogs who are just as loving as can be and these men interacted and played with them as if they were their own. They were quick and efficient [I think we spent most the time talking and playing with the dogs!] As soon as they left I instantly started taking pictures to send to my husband at work, just knowing he was going to love them as much as I did but seeing them in person... WOW... these shutter window treatments complete our house renovation! We truly could not have been put into better hands. To Steve, Ron and Guy... thank you!”

When i went to Big D Tires they saved me from buy a new tire check the whole tire around and wash it to figure out what the issue was. And saved me money !! “We were here over the weekend for the NCA All-Star Cheer Competition. The rooms and amenities (gym and pool) were clean and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our big group. On one particular morning, the athletes competed early and the staff opened the breakfast area earlier than their regular scheduled time so that the athletes were able to grab something to eat. On another evening, we ordered in some pizza and salad for a team dinner and the hotel allowed us to use the downstairs tables and chairs to eat. After a long day of competition and practice, the best thing to do was to come back to the hotel and relax. Lastly, they tried their best to accommodate the teams by having them stay on the same floor. This made for such great team bonding. Thank you to the management and staff (especially Bella). Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our two cheer teams had a great time at your hotel during our stay in Dallas, TX.”
