Tomas was an awesome help. First time buying a car and Tomas helped make sure it was a great experience. Went smoother than I expected. He helped me over the phone while I was stuck at work. Got my approval and everything. Car was ready by 6pm while I got there at 6:30pm. In and out super quick, Alex in financing was a fun helpful joking guy. Great experience, would recommend.

I’m a happy Camper!! I never say that quote so I know I’m super happy!!! The service was great everybody there is so welcoming like a family everyone has a great attitudes very professional and polite! I love my sales guy Dusty Craig nickname aka (Big worm) he’s an awesome guy! He’s very knowledgeable in sales and products one of the best!! The finance guy Aaron is pretty awesome to they give you a different experience.!They really help you get the best deal and none are the sales guys are pushy they give you time to decide and they make **** happen!!

Audi oil change. Easy to book appointments on line! They call the day before to confirm. Everyone nice as can be. They found a recall needing attention & tires rotated plus checking everything else. Shuttle service to work & back. The car wash was backed up & I needed my car so Brandon went & just washed the car himself! Very nice & eager to help. Highly recommend Audi Dallas!

Fives across the board. My experience here was stellar. The best experience I’ve ever had with a dealer hands down. I went with the intent of inspecting an Infinity and left with a BMW!. All credit goes to a representative there by the name of Michael Bakolias. This gentleman in my opinion was God-sent for me. From the moment he received my initial call on the phone to completion of the sale I felt valued, respected, and secure. Michael was in tune with my taste and style. Because of him I am BMW owner. The department Management Team of Daniel and George are absolutely exemplary. This past service i just got on my 2015 TDI Q7 I got a Text from the actual Technician with a video attached of EVERYTHING that was being done and everything that needs to be done in the future, to me this was AMAZING. To actually see my brake pads and the thickness of them and the transparency that Audi Dallas provides has made me a life long customer.
