I called him and he was super helpful in comparing rates for us for our worker's compensation, and got us a better deal than what we currently had. He was responsive and very professional. A couple months later, my HOA wanted to compare rates since our HOA insurance had gone up over a $1000 from the year before. Ron came through for us again finding us a much more affordable rate. I have been very pleased with the service that was provided and am so happy to have an actual person to discuss our needs with instead of talking on chat to a computer.
