I’ve been working with Mat and Ashley for about 2 years now. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. I started as a total beginner to the fitness life. In that time I’ve learned so much about nutrition and exercise. I’ve seen tremendous progress towards my goals of losing body fat & gaining muscle. Now I’m sleeping better, feeling more energetic, more mobility and strength. And my doctor is really happy with my results. What I like most is the nutrition plan is based on all natural whole foods, no gimmicks. And also that the exercise plan is tailored specifically to my body flexibility and strength levels. As I progress through the plan, the nutrition and workouts change to take my results to the next level.

I've trained with Mat for over four years now and I can without a doubt say that he's one of the best trainers in Dallas. He's always responsive when I have a specific question about a specific movement whether that it's in person or when I working out by myself. He's incredibly knowledgeable and he has helped me fine tune my nutrition in order to help me get the best results. I have seen my strength increase exponentially since I've begun training with him. I would recommend him to people who think they beginners all the way to people that think they are experts in the gym.
Matt is an exceptional trainer with encyclopedic knowledge of body mechanics, and he was very useful in putting together a program that not only responded to what I asked for (kettlebells, steel mace), but motivated me into working other equipment, and working muscle groups I had long neglected. His enthusiasm for building a personalized program and getting the client in the best possible shape is infectious. Highest possible recommendation.
