My mother was on services for a year with Proximal Home Health Inc, and let me tell you this Agency is wonderful, they did a great job, working together as a team, the nurse, physical therapist, the Personal care aid and the home physician did an excellent job. Her nurse was wonderful and and always handled our concerns. And the aide was great she helped keep everything my mother home clean. I am very grateful and thankful for the great team work, helping my mother improved on her health, she benefited from every service that was provided and got stronger each day.
