Dr. Gerhardt is warm, positive and wonderful MD. He cared for my father at Medical City Dallas during a recent hospitalization. My father looked forward to his rounding.

Dr. Steven Gerhardt is absolutely the most wonderful physician I’ve ever known. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, always sensitive to my needs, takes the time necessary to explain everything to me, and I have a clear plan of action when I leave and any referrals I need. Simply put, he’s kind and caring as is his medical assistant, Deseray.

Deseray is efficient, organized and immediately responsive to anything I might need. She promptly returns my phone calls, and most importantly, without fail, always greets me with a beautiful smile and kind words. Same when I leave. She’s very personable on the phone with that same smile and cheerfulness in her voice.

I’ve been with Dr. Gerhardt and Deseray since 2011 and would not know what to do without them. Additionally, whenever I call the office, anyone who answers the phone could not be nicer, friendlier, or more helpful. I’m so grateful that people like this still exist in this world who really want to do what they can to make you feel better, let you know they are there for you if you need them, and make you feel important.
