We had an excellent experience buying a preowned vehicle from Sewell Lexus. David Keilson is hands down the best salesman we have ever worked with. He provided great service, negotiated a fair price, and took care of a few minor issues with the vehicle. He even bought a big bow for the vehicle when he found out it was a surprise gift for our son. We will definitely look to Sewell and David for our next vehicle purchase and will recommend Sewell and David to our family and friends.
I cannot write enough about my fantastic experience with David Keilson! I have been wanting a new car for a while, and early one morning (6AM!) my husband and I were online considering options. We emailed Sewell Lexus about a Pre-Owned GX on their website. We got a text back from David about 5 minutes later - he was already at work! I had a busy day, so he told me to come in BEFORE they opened to test drive the car. I loved it, but there was another 2022 GX on the way from Seattle he told me about. We were leaving town in a few days and I was nervous about it being purchased before we returned. He arranged to have the car sent to Dallas in two days so I could see it before we left. He kept in constant communication with me during transit and the Lexus certification process. He was extremely attentive and helpful. When I bought the car, he went through every feature in detail. He was a joy to work with and made buying a new car effortless. Thank you, David!!
As always Sewell was awesome. Rachel did a great job of getting me information and keeping on top of the process. I ended up not buying a car here but the service was so good that I will definitely keep them in mind for future auto purchases.
I drove from OKC to Dallas as they had the best deal on the car I wanted. So glad I did. Great experience. Randy was great to work with and his assistant showed me the bells and whistles on the car. He called me the next day to see how my trip home was. Received another call yesterday from their customer service to see how things are. Truly recommend them.
