I’ve been at Utopia for over 3 years and I really enjoy the low key atmosphere. I have worked with TJ for the past year and he’s the best trainer I’ve ever had as he knows how to motivate and keep you on the right road.
I am a charter member from 2013 (as Kirk says) that continues to get fit at Utopia Food and Fitness as I joined the original location in Plano at Spring Creek and Preston. I was 187 pounds @ 5'6" and lost 14 pounds in 6 weeks on the program working out only 20 minutes a day twice a week and having their great fresh made foods daily. I was able within a few more weeks to lose and 11 pounds and made it to 162 pounds and have done a good job staying in a range - with the exception of times I was to career oriented and moved from Dallas.
It is a great total program of Food and Fitness (minimal - 8 machines with one set of 8-12 reps taking 20 minutes). The team members are always happy to setup the machines and ensure you are using proper form for the best results and makes it a quick effective workout.
I enjoy working out with all the trainers especially over the years Sam and Stephanie! Both are great ladies that that truly are passionate about helping you achieve your goal. I have worked out at 3 of the four convenient locations as I have moved around between downtown Dallas and Plano.
If you don't like using only machines Samantha (Sam @ Preston Hollow - Forest and Preston) has added other workout programs to augment the original program as well. The teams will hold you accountable and help you on your health journey as we all know it is a struggle and encouragement and accountable really help!
Eat the food, drink lots of water and work out twice weekly. Don't forget to do the before and after photos as it will tell your story even better than the before and after measurements!
Don't forget to have some funds available for a new closet full of clothes!!!
Utopia has made weight loss so easy. The workouts are just twice a week, which is perfect with my busy schedule. The food is so good! They make it so easy. You just pick up your food (which is fresh) the days you workout. I went from 25% to 20% body fat in the first 6 weeks. All the people that work there are so helpful and encouraging. Monica is encouraging and knowledgeable! She has helped create my workout cards and helps to push my workout to the next level. Stephanie, the previous studio director, is also wonderful! She is always supportive and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would 100% recommend Utopia.
I have been going to Utopia for 5+ years and have seen incredible results. Food is delicious and trainers are fantastic! Stephanie makes you feel like family and you know she truly cares about her clients. Monica is an awesome trainer and I have seen amazing results because of her. She pushes me and creates fun and challenging workouts that make me look forward to my twice a week, 20 minute workouts!! I can’t recommend Utopia enough!
Great place and coaches. I am so happy I was told about Utopia by my Internist. The facility is fabulous, clean and you get lots of one on one. The food plan is great. If you are not grocery shopping or eating out you have more time and the chef prepared dishes are delicious, and healthy while you lose weight. I used the full food and fitness program for two full sessions. I will be modifying my food to suit my life style. The coaches are properly educated and such an inspiration to living, eating and exercising well! All coaches are great, but the two who are helping me most are Stephanie and James. Thank you forever!
