As a fairly new Dallasite, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Powell and paint. After my fourth estimate with other places, they fell in the median range with price but earned my service with their earnest and informative atmosphere. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. It's nice to know that there are shops out there you can trust.
Powell has been my go-to for body work for over 10 years, doing everything from minor work for a Lexus in a fenderbender, a medium sized job on a BMW front end, to a nearly-totaled Tahoe with a bent frame. All returned just how I hoped they would. Customer service -- especially Jeff -- is top notch and I always know that the vehicle will be repaired properly, and that I'll be in the loop during the repair process. It's true that Powell does take a bit more time than the big cattle-run shops, but that's fine with me. I don't want a rush repair job on my luxury vehicle anymore than I want day-old sushi or a discount tattoo. Some things are too important to take the risk.
