They have a nice professional office located in the heart of the metroplex.(Although almost everything is over the phone with no real need to drive and meet with them often, if at all. They’ve organized their business model around efficiency and simplicity for the client. So almost everything can be done in the comfort of your own home with very little effort because they do all the legwork)
