Everyone was on their A-game! Best eye doctor experience that I've had in about 18 years. I've been coming to Ty Miller since his LensCrafters location was at the Chapel Hill Mall, and this exceeded my previous visits. The technician that successfully gave me the glaucoma PUFF test was the first to successfully do so in at least 12 years, and she did it with ease and on the first attempts!

LensCrafters in Cuyahoga Falls is a really nice store to check out. First time here and they treated me with very professional and friendly service throughout my visit.
I did have an issue with a lens that was causing some discomfort but I called them and they rescheduled me to come in and treated me again with the same courteous and professionalism. I recommend this location and trust I would let everyone know if it was subpar which this is Not. Definitely top notch
