“I like the apartment, it is truly a beautiful property in a great location. Right on the bike trail, walking distance to some good restaurants. There has been a recent change in management and none of the changes have been positive. They closed the bike room without any stated reason, requiring me to wheel a bicycle through my home if I want to use it and have it take up half of my balcony when I don't. I requested that some form of bike storage be given to replace the amenity which was taken without reason (doesn't have to be a bike room, just a simple bike rack would suffice and they're only a small fraction of my monthly rent to buy online). They replied saying they couldn't give me extra storage for free but would gladly charge me extra for a storage room. This was blatant dishonesty on their part -- take away an amenity, and then offer to charge money for a lesser version of it. And the bike room is just an empty dark unused space now. Total waste. As other reviews have mentioned, the garage does not close and there are security concerns. As well, it seems many people who live here will gladly murder you so that they can get out of here faster. I've nearly been killed by a car barreling through the garage or down the street at full speed at least once a month since living here. Might be because there are many college students who are living on their parents' dime with no concept of adult responsibility. All in all it is a nice property in a good location, but there are faults and management could be better about it.”

“I’ll start by saying that I have a severe phobia of dentistry and I only go when absolutely necessary. I went in today for 2 extractions and several fillings among a few other procedures but can honestly say I’ve never a better experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful and couldn’t have been more comforting throughout. From the ladies in the front to Dr. Rodriguez and all of the assistants in the back, these people deserve the highest praise. 5 stars all around. ****Returning visit - 8-10-19**** Maribel is always great. Really comforting and that goes for all the assistants here. They're all really hospitable. I'd recommend Jefferson Dental to anyone. Thanks again, ***Return visit 2-12-22*** Another great visit. “Decided to get my wedding dress cleaned here based on a review of another bride who had a good experience with her dress also. Even though I waited over a year to get my dress cleaned, they did an amazing job with a quick turn around for me! They even offer box preservation - my dress was packaged beautifully and compactly even though it was a big A-line lace/tulle dress. Will definitely make it easier to store/ship (if I sell it one day)! They seemed experienced, were responsive, and super friendly throughout the process! Very fair prices too. Would recommend to any bride/person for dry cleaning needs!”

Jake was very professional and did a wonderful job causing my wife and sister's tattoo experience minimal pain.
