Literally Amazing. Great people, great service, great price, very understanding and willing to reschedule when we found out my wheel lock key had gone missing even when the truck was already up on the lift etc. I suspect most places would have charged a service fee or something. Couldn't be more happy with this service . If I can't do it myself, trust me I'll be going here to get it done.

Very pleasant experience. Had to regear the F150 for towing. They responded to my request in a very timely manner. Jeff and Mark both are very professional. Will definitely go back for other services in the future.

I wanted to find a Jeep Club to help me get my vehicle out of a place even a tow truck could not reach so I called a Jeep dealership who referred me to DallasOffRoad to see if they knew of anyone who could help. They took it upon themselves to help me themselves, Jeff and Fil, and they came right over with their Jeep and pulled my vehicle out to where a tow truck could get to it. They were amazing! I felt so helpless until they made it look so easy. My thanks go to Jeff and Fil for their kindness. Now to readers out there, I suppose I write this not so you will expect them to pull your vehicle out of a problem spot, but so you will see what I experienced — their (good) character.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Called to ask questions in detail about a lift. Guy didn’t judge me for not knowing exactly what I wanted and didn’t pass me off.
