Chase Bank

I went in this afternoon after work because I had some fraudulent activity on my debit card. When I got there, a not so friendly young woman told me I had to come back to schedule an appointment to be seen since it was 20 till 5:00 pm. I was trying to explain the situation to this women and she was not having it. A wonderful woman named Norma Ochoa told she she’d try to help me out. She exceeded my expectations with getting my account straight and got a new debit card issued to me. She was so kind and helpful. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I was out the door before 5:00 pm.

Norma took the time to help out when she could have asked me to come back. She exemplifies customer service!
