Honestly, I have no idea where to start because you made me realize so much about myself this past year. I came in trying to be a better parent, and to attempt to fix my relationship. You have helped me in so many ways, I didn’t even know I needed help with. I had been to therapy in the past nothing compares to the relationship I have been able to build with you. Because of this relationship, I feel comfortable opening up to you even more, and what has helped me is the judgment free zone. In the past,I always felt judged even when other professionals shouldn’t have judged me. This time it was not the case, I enjoy coming to sessions all the time . Your flexibility and understanding of my crazy life has also helped me tremendously. I was at my breaking point when I first came in. My relationship with my son was suffering because of me not being mentally stable at the time. I have been learning how to cope with my traumatic past. After a couple of sessions with my partner, I decided to stick to my one-on-one sessions that are now helping me get through many changing seasons of my life. Having you has only made it easier to cope, and to have someone to talk to helps me. At our sessions, when I speak about the recent events out loud, it gets my brain going. There are other times when I go in there very clueless regereting my current life choices you quickly turn it into a positive thing to help me realize that even though something doesnt feel good, it’s ok. I always leave feeling lighter, as if the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Having this type of relationship with your therapist matters when we want positive results.

This place is doing good work for the community. The therapy is affordable for both individual and couples counseling. The center is beautifully appointed so it is comfortable and inviting. I have even had therapy sessions on the weekend or virtually to accommodate my schedule. I'm very thankful to have found them and I truly appreciate Sarah, Pam and the whole team.

Honestly, I think the healing process starts the moment you walk through the door at Lifeologie. From the warm, gentle lighting to the unique, playful decor to the subtle, easy-listening background music, every component of the atmosphere here feels so calming and inviting, all of which functions merely as an appetizer to the main course: the actual therapy.

As wonderful as the setting is, it's the people at this Oak Cliff practice that truly make the experience so invigorating - life-changing, even. I know the thought of letting another person into your head and your heart - your innermost thoughts and feelings - can be a scary one, but I whole-heartedly believe that anyone who is truly open to emotional and mental healing can and will find a counselor here to fit their needs. Nicole has been mine and my husbands marriage counselor as well as my own personal therapist. She has helped me navigate difficulties in my marriage and has helped me to understand my need for personal boundaries in all of my relationships. I grew up with an abusive mother who to this day still uses her power to bully the people around her. Nicole helped me identify the ways our mother-daughter relationship held me back. Through therapy I realized that the only way I can be a healthy parent for my daughters is to establish boundaries with my own mother.
It took 33 years for me to understand how to properly take care of my own mental health.
