I was logged out of my Google account and lost my internet the young man that was there on 7-2-23 was very kind and helpful he fixed my phone and my husband also had lost internet he is a very nice young man

The manager Juan and Shawn were great I always come in and pay my bill and they always greet me with a great attitude and always show me the phones that t-mobile offers and any promotions I will be coming back for the new timex watch for my daughter they gave me great points on why it would be helpful I really like the new team at this location

Shawn and Kenneth were extremely helpful I rushed in 5 minutes before closing and they helped me no problems whatsoever. Customer service at this location really set the bar!!!

Service is always quick and if it's something you don't understand they don't rush you off they take the time to explain things for you

The staff here is very helpful and patient with senior citizens. There is a T-MOBILE store closer to my home but I use this store because the staff is so nice.
