“The car purchased was a fail at first as it had problems. Come to find out my battery light came on the day after a problem was fixed. They said the oil change was new but it wasn’t. 3 new tires but one wasn’t I’m assuming as they were unable to take it off as not even a mechanic was they had to use a gun to take it off. A power steering wire was damaged without advising, didn’t advise of new brakes or rotors were going to be needed, ABS sensor was damaged. I fixed them all due to I don’t want to constantly fight with them because overall the staff is great, they’re nice but just those problems encountered is what I did not like & the pricing I don’t think was a great price for the miles and yeara and problems it had. But at the time I needed a car was going to test it out normally I’m the type to complain but at this point I’m like whatever cause karma comes one way or another if someone does someone else dirty. But again the staff is great and very responsive. I wish they had an online payment system without fees though instead of always driving there. But again great sales teams as well as theyre personalities.”

“My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband “these people deserve a raise” just due to their outstanding customer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, I was floored! We had a great dine in experience today. kindness and a positive attitude go a long way and the staff there today exceeded all of my expectations!”

“Okay let me tell you about the Texas motel. I hear that they're janky people are mad because check out time and if you want to stay over you still have to check out blah blah blah. Well I went last night. And I thought to myself self what are you signing yourself up for one I don't like bugs two you're not going to get no sleep here you know everyone said how dirty it was, I'm glad I'm grown and can make my own assessments. The shock and disbelief that everybody had lied to me about this establishment because of the age of the hotel and the location that it's in,hurt. You should never judge a book by its cover because even if it is worn and torn it could still be a good book well I owe the Texas motel a great big apology because last night I got a good night's sleep really good and on top of that it was clean very clean kudos to the housekeepers . Not exactly sure who started that rumor but shame on them. Because they were clean it was clean it smells so good when I walked in that room.Thank you to the owners. Y'all are amazing.The extra hour of sleep only cost $10 but it was well worth it. I recommend them to anyone. And I figure it like this it's the people who stay at this establishment as guest customers have whatever you want to label them as they're the ones who make these places what they are if you don't want to go to a dirty motel don't trash it out don't tear it up be respectful pick up after yourself don't leave a mess don't bring a whole bunch of g*********** and drugs and everything else to the establishment treat everybody as you want to be treated. I was in a studio for the first two years and when I wanted to upgrade, Quentin found another apartment that met all of my requests and the rent was quite reasonable, especially for the area. Quentin is awesome - I've never had a leasing agent so personable and helpful. I really appreciate knowing that I can rely on him to help me out whenever I have questions. Maintenance is great - they take care of maintenance requests on the next business day every single time. I understand others' concerns about parking, but I really think that's a product of the location. I pay for a covered parking spot so I've never had an issue.”
