Cantabria at Turtle Creek

I loved living at the Cantabria! The staff are so nice and helpful. The building is quiet and a great location. I will definitely miss living here!

Cantabria is seriously the best place to live! The staff is amazing, the pool is beautiful and don’t get me started on the rooftop!! The views are insane. If you’re looking for anywhere to call home in Dallas it’s for sure Cantabria, I love living here!

My sister has been a tenant at Cantabria of Turtle Creek since 2018. Over the years, I'd come to visit and I absolutely fell in love with the space. When I decided to move to Dallas, my sister was ready to move out of her apartment and suggested that I take over her lease. To say that the transfer process was seamless and pleasant would be an understatement. Not only did the leasing office go out of their way to make sure I received the best possible rate, but they even waived the application fee for me! The level of care, and welcome feeling I received upon my arrival has been nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff at Cantabria is just top notch. If you are looking to move to Dallas, I'm sorry to say, but this is really the absolute best place in the city. If I could give them 10000 stars, I would. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Cantabria at Turtle Creek, I'm so pleased to be a new tenant!

Incredible Property. Very well maintained, and overall pretty quiet. Nice mix of working professionals, and easy access to Katy Trail. The pool is busy on the weekends, but not too crazy. It's the perfect place for someone who wants to have fun, but also likes it quiet from time to time.
