Staff have always been nice. Always have what I need.

I like the pharmacy but be aware that at night they shut down the drive through lanes if low staffed (not sure how often this happens or if it’s every night at the late shift), Ive found they’re nice, well stocked, and motivated to help me address any probs/issues with meds and help me figure out best course of action, as well as get things ready quick.
It’s a Clean and well-kept store, I come here because it’s 24 hours and often has medication is in stock that other pharmacies don’t, the employees are friendly, quick to help, have a sense of humor & are very efficient when checking out, this area can bring in a mixed bag of clientele but there is a security guard and parking is well lit and Ive never seen any problems, plus Employees seem quick to de-escalate and address customer issues. The only reason I knocked a star off is bc of the low stock/need to refill stock (which is a prob everywhere these days) and also the confusion and annoyance of matching up in store coupons with app ones- which is a huge headache. It’s the app that needs a better interface, alignment with retail locations, as well as a more intuitive functionality.

Came by to buy a few things after driving into Dallas. Shay is INCREDIBLE!! So sweet and so helpful. Probably one of the the best experiences I’ve had at any Walgreens location ever.
