(October 28, 2020, 2:14 pm)The ladies working today were from a different store. They were just as helpful as the people who normally work here. Overall, great experience. A few days ago, I was here. I bought a bag of dog food and a bag of treats. My pup did not enjoy the flavor of either. So today, I brought the bags back to the store. The gal at the front(I can't remember her name) greeted me and offered her help in finding what I needed. I explained my situation. She offered a suggestion on a popular flavor of the same brand. I decided that would be the one to take home. We took the bag of dog food and a new bag of different treats to the counter. She told me she hadn't done this kind of return before. Then immediately told me not to worry, she would figure it out in no time. Sure enough, within a couple of minutes she did! It was a quick and easy switch. Her suggestions were helpful. I will continue to shop at this location! Thanks for being awesome Hollywood Feed!

I made an order at 5pm not expecting to see it until tomorrow and they delivered to my door at 6:30pm with some freebies included in my package. Just wow. Was always impressed with the quality of the products offered and kind staff but that is next level. Highly recommend!!!

(July 19, 2020, 12:49 am)Friendly, informative, and we'll stocked with high quality pet products. I go out of my way to buy my dogs food there because he was such a lucky eater until I consulted Hollywood Feed and their suggestion was spot on! My pup( as well as I) couldn't be happier!
