  Excellent facility and excellent MRI technician.
  Mr Duy helped me make what was a difficult to do MRI into a very easy one. He really made my experience a very comfortable and a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this facility.

  Such a kind and gracious staff, made sure to get me in and MRI's done in the same day as my Orthopedic Surgeon appt. No one has ever done that, plus all the while be that nice and welcoming. Lovely waiting area and sweetest holiday decorations. Truly took my stress away and replaced it with smiles, warmth, free coffee, great TV and even parking validation! A great day! Thank you American Health Imaging. Your staff and technologist were top rate and extremely professional! ☆☆☆☆☆

  My experience here was very positive. Before I left I called to find out how much it would cost. They checked that I have met my deductible and so they gave me the amount that I would pay when I was at their office.
  
  Then I received a reminder call the day before. The person that called me told me about their parking garage and that I needed to bring my parking ticket inside so they would validate it. She told me how to get to the parking garage.
  
  The day of the service, I arrived right on time and they took me in within 5 minutes. Just before being called in, I paid what I owed, and they took my insurance and my ID. The friendly staff was very accommodating. They also asked if I had any questions.
  
  The girl that was in charge of doing my MRI was very friendly. She took me into the changing room and told me what I needed to to do. Then she took me into the MRI room and explained what I would do and what she would be doing. The whole time she was smiling. She found out I lived in Hawaii and we chatted about Hawaii. She was very friendly and knew how to make me feel comfortable.
  
  Compared to my previous MRI, this place is much friendlier and cleaner. On top of that I got to listen to music during my MRI. ☺️ The previous place just give me ear plugs. This was a much better experience and the staff was great and friendly. ?
