“Brought my engagement ring in after the diamond had come lose. Martin lowered the setting just slightly (1/10mm) so the prongs would be more secure. They also polished it. It looks beautiful. I was skeptical leaving my ring with someone I never used (thinking they could switch out my diamond if they wanted to). I have a GIA diamond, so they even suggested I bring it somewhere else to have the numbers checked when it was finished. I did for my own peace of mind. No issues. I'd used them again. Also very reasonable prices.”
