Can more people come here please? This shop is truly a delight!! Any weekend afternoon where I’m trying to kill time, I’m stopping for ice cream. And why have one flavor when you can settle on a flight? This place rocks because not only can you have an ice cream FLIGHT but also their flavors are unique and of great quality. It’s creamy and still soft to scoop straight from the freezer. I also heard that they designed the stand to hold all the mini cones themselves which I think is pretty neat. Come here, try a flavor that’s permanent on the menu (salted caramel is great) and then try a rotating flavor. And do what I do and bring a pint (or two) home.

If the only ice cream I had to eat for the rest of my life was Baldo's Brown Butter Pecan, I would be completely fine with it. A scoop of their Brown Butter Pecan ice cream in a waffle cone is one of my absolute favorite desserts. I just wish it were available year round. The shop is very bright, and has some good spots to sit and relax or do work.
