I stop by to get fluids topped off and tires checked the guy I think it was Bill very friendly and courteous also informative got me taken care of quick.

I went in for a routine oil change and they were amiable and friendly through the whole process. They were honest from the start that they charged a little more for their service and I appreciated the honesty. Marcus, Chris, and Bill all introduced themselves and kept me company during my short wait and were eager to answer all my curious questions. They will absolutely get my business again and I highly recommend and trust this business.

I had my oil changed last week at SpeeDee and they did a great job - quick and easy. But I came back today to ask if they could replace my tire where I had driven over a nail. They pointed out that I should contact whomever installed the tire as it would probably be under warranty, and free to replace. Not only that, they also found another nail in a different tire! They were extremely helpful, professional, and nice - and saved me from getting a new tire I didn't need. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

SpeeDee Oil Change saved my bacon, and a little scratch, too. I had been to 3 other purveyors of petroleum products and to no avail since none carried 10W30, the specific kind of oil my older car requires. The guy on the phone was courteous and helpful and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He said they did indeed carry this particular weight and quoted me a price $10 cheaper than his competitors. Once I got there, I had to wait in line and due to the smallish size of their lot, I had to move my car twice so other cars could get out. Overall, my wait time was negligible and the attendant offered me a coupon for $10 off any oil change. Bonus.
The attendant was funny and had jokes.
My only bad experience there was when I visited their restroom and someone walked in on me. Hey SpeeDee Oil Change, how about fixing the lock on that restroom door.
My advice is don't use the restroom there as it was kind of nasty. Great service though.

Honest shop! Most oil change places try to add everything they can even when they are not needed. This is not how they do business. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and also was having some battery trouble. They said the battery needed to be replaced. But instead of just replacing it - they noticed that it was only 1 year old and said the person who replaced it (AAA in my case) should replace it for free. So instead of selling me a $250 battery, they let me know it was under warranty. That's great service.
