(July 29, 2019, 11:01 pm)My tire light came on today heading to my son's football practice..so I pulled up to Bruton Auto Repair and told them my light came on..they told me don't worry they had me covered..so something didn't look right so one of the workers told a man name Matt to come over..so Matt came over and told me that I needed a alignment down the road..so I asked him whats down the road..he told me to turn my steering wheel and was like first get some tires..what I love was that he told me what I needed and didn't pressure me to do anything there..he didn't say about thing about services until I asked how much was tires there..then he started giving me prices..me being a female I always hesitate about going to a shop by myself and being scared I would get ripped off..but the prices he gave me was real reasonable for both and I told him I couldn't do it today but when I get back in town would thoe prices still be honored and he said yes.. and I really appreciate that..so a big s/o to Matt and his team, especially the guy that was cracking all the jokes..
(July 29, 2019, 2:49 pm)Just left the shop.. brakes and rotors replaced... oil drained and changed!! Got my spark plugs replaced a few weeks ago. Great customer service... fast and friendly... but most importantly they fixed what I WANTED TO BE fixed instead of trying to up sell and add extra jobs... now I did have a few other issues but we came together with a plan that works for my finances and I’ll definitely be going back to finish up the other minor issues. Also if I’m not mistaken, I was also told that they now offer financing thru SNAP FINANCIAL.. ????????????????????????????Give them a try, it’s worth it... look for the little guy with all the tattoos- he’s the mechanic that serviced me
(July 26, 2019, 1:41 pm)This is far beyond the best shop I’ve been to in Dallas. The guys there was very fast with figuring out what was wrong with my car gave me a very fair price. My car was fixed way before the time they told me it would be fixed and I was very happy with the customer appreciation departure. Great job Bruton Auto Repair!!!!
