  My experience with Premier was beautiful. Shaq my salesman made sure I was satisfied beyond my expectations before driving away. I wouldn’t recommend working with anyone else if you looking for experience, dedication and commitment.

  I must say great experience with Shaq buying my first truck. Awesome 2017 and great price, will highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy. He speaks Punjabi which made my transaction very easy

  We came into Premier with a slew of issues on our Freightliner Renegade race hauler. As a professional motorcycle racing team, we had a tight turnaround before the next out of state race. Dyson at Premier Truck Group made sure we were back on the road quickly and safely. Highly recommend -- friendly staff, convenient location, speedy labor, and quality workmanship!

  I almost regretted to have to have taken my truck to this place. This was almost a nightmare but cool heads prevailed . I took my truck to this place since they are truck dealers and thought they will have the best machines to diagnose the truck and fix it. But, after $3,700 we were told the truck is fixed and ready to go and was told it had been tested and it should not give us the same problem. My driver took for a test after driving for 44 miles the truck gave him the same problem and turned back and since it was evening they had closed we had to wait for the next day to take it back.
  The same day at about 2.00 pm I got an invoice estimate of $1700 for further diagnosis of the truck.Since, we had already spent 3700 it did not make sense so we decided to take it somewhere else.But,when we went to pick the truck, we were shocked to be given a $400 invoice for a diagnostic preparation that we needed to pay before we took the truck. Folks this is where I almost it but I recollected myself quickly and decided to pay the money .Since I was loosing money and could not afford the truck to sit down any longer.I had to pay the money.
  After a day of my complain the Service manager Donald called me and was very courteous. He promised to look into my case and on the someday he reviewed my file and gave his sincere apologies for my experience. He was able to refund me part of the money and offered to follow up to where we took the truck and work something out with them . I finally came to learn that the mechanics were following the book guidelines and are not able to do any adjustments and since he was not in they did not consult anybody before the charges were finalized.
  I was relieved this finally went well .
  I had written a scathing review about this place but I can finally say they do listen and they are doing better.
  Thanks Donald you really did a good Job and took control of the situation.
  I will come back again.
