24/7 access to lockers is very convenient. They email coupons regularly. I drive out of my way to use this place.

I would give more stars if I could. This place is way better than your traditions cleaners.

So, this review was long overdue. There aren't enough words for me to express how grateful to have found this place (thanks to my wife). My wife called and asked if Tide Cleaners can alter the sleeves on my new suit. Even with my flight departing the next day, they've accepted the rush order over the phone call. Worried about not making it on time, I suggested we try a few closer places, and they all said it would take at least three days. So we continued rushed down to Tide cleaners and got there about 10 mins before closing. I forget the gentleman's name, but the moment we walked in, the staff greeted and welcomed us professionally. In no time, they took in the suit, and the very next day, I received an email asking me to pick it up.
Upon picking up the suit, My Lyle welcomed us and brought out the jacket to show me the fantastic job they did. Ms. NGUYEN, thank you so much for altering my sleeves on such short notice. Thank you Lyle, for your excellent customer service and assistance with pricing! This place is awesome. Thank you ALL!

Every time I've come in Ray has treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. My clothing comes back immaculately clean.

Replaced my older regular cleaners...but definitely convenient. They'll be adding more services to make it more convenient.
