Joshua Respiratory Care deserves high praise for their honesty and commitment to their customers. 5 months ago I left my oxygen concentrator at Joshua for maintenance. When doing so they found something that needed repair so they sent it off to a contracted repair facility. For 5 months the repair company repeatedly told Amanda at Joshua that they were waiting for a part to arrive. Finally it became apparent that the concentrator was lost. To make the situation right for me, Joshua Respiratory gave me a brand new ( still in the box) concentrator and cancelled their contract with the repair company.

This is the company that you should work with.

For the last two days I have been calling respiratory and medical supply companies to get answers about oxygen for my mother. Another company told me to call Joshua's due to the fact she is on Medicare. When I stated that my mother was on Medicare, I was transferred to a specialist that was so helpful.

They were able to answer all my questions and even explain to me that what we were told to get would not work and why. I am grateful to the person that told me to call them and even more grateful that Joshua's knows about the products and are willing to assist and I believe truly care about the patient.

I know we all have things that may seem important to us, and maybe less important to others. But I just had to leave this review. I had a cat that needed oxygen immediately. Life or death situation. And even though Joshua’s Respiratory care was CLOSED, we were able to get in contact with them and they met my friend halfway to our location with oxygen for our sweet fur baby. This gave us time with her to see if she could be saved, and later on to say goodbye. ( she was a feral and was taken care of many years by many different people who loved her and we tried for many years to catch her with no luck) . Later on in the evening we realized we needed more tanks. Again, this company was CLOSED and their employee Danielle was able to secure more oxygen tanks for us and get them to a location where we were able to get them. All in all this review is to say, what was important to US , was important to THEM. Our emergency was THEIR emergency. We could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and care that we received from Joshuas Respiratory Care. Thank you!!!

Sophie really did exactly what Joshua's was founded on. She treated me like I was the most important client ever. Thank you Sophie and Joshua's. My wife slept good for the first time in a long time. Nobody else cared to get my wife on oxygen yesterday. JOSHUA'S made it happen.
