The front desk staff, and for that matter anybody we came in contact with where absolutely great. Very polite very helping. They have a great selection. We visited the store on a medical trip from Amarillo. We spent quite a bit of time looking at the different materials that they have in stock. We were able to take our time and find most things that we came and looking for they answered any questions we had, and were very very respective. We will definitely. Visit this place again. We kept saying we wish we had this store in Amarillo. 10/10 would definitely recommend

An amazing experience from start to finish. I walked in knowing nothing about ceramics, and they patiently answered all my questions, guiding me through the store and helping me choose exactly what I needed. I especially appreciate that they offer kiln access. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for both great products and incredible guidance. Every employee I've met has been a kind and patient mentor, but I'm especially thankful to Connor, who bore the brunt of my questions, then entered above and beyond to fix my ceramic issues.

I recently made 300 mugs and 30 centerpieces for my upcoming wedding in October, and Trinity Ceramics played a huge role in bringing it all together. I had already thrown and bisqued the pieces—I just needed to glaze and fire them. This was my first time ever mixing glazes from powder, and it was such a wonderful experience thanks to Connor, Erin and the team at Trinity.

But what truly stood out to me was the way Connor fired my mugs. I’ve always had tiny specks or spots where glaze seemed to be missing, and I assumed it was my glazing technique. Connor explained that it's often a firing issue, and he uses a special technique that made all the difference. Every single piece came out beautifully—smooth, even, and with such a professional finish. I was blown away.

Thanks to Trinity Ceramics, we now have stunning, handmade pieces to give as wedding favors. I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and the results. Highly, highly recommend!
