I had the trial in August and the permanent done the last week of September. I wanted to be completely healed before leaving my feedback. Hilary was my initial contact and took care of everything from start to finish, she is awesome. My insurance is still pending but everything Hilary has told me has been accurate, so I am positive it will all work out. Dr. Will and his team were wonderful from the trial to the permanent procedure. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical team treated me with the utmost respect. Most of the pre-visits occur over the phone, which again the staff was great. The follow-up calls as well. Now the recovery, which we all know not everyone recovers or deals with pain the same. My recovery was slow and painful BUT it was worth it! I have experienced migraine headaches 12-16 a month and if not a migraine then a daily headache EVERY day of my life, so the recovery was well worth it. Its been 1 month 4 days since my permanent procedure and I have had 3 mild and 1 moderate headache !!!! Now with that being said, I am still experiencing some discomfort in my neck and chest area (where the battery pack is) but again, it's well worth it. So I totally give Plano Surgical Center, Dr. Will, Cher, his staff and Hilary a thumbs up! Thank you for this amazing procedure. I do want to thank the Lord above because without him none of this would be possible.

Everyone has been helpful from the moment I first called. The process with the paperwork and insurance was painless and that means a lot when you have enough pain in your life to begin with. Hilary, Whitney, the staff and Dr. Will are all very professional and friendly. They took care of everything for me, especially Hilary. She went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience.

I am 57 years old and have had migraines since I was 14. I have been on more kinds of medicines and quacky remedies than I care to count. I found the site for the Migraine Treatment Centers of America, and got in touch with them. I asked for info about the Omega procedure. Within just a few days, I had a lot of literature about the Center and the procedure sent to me in the mail. I contacted Mary Gravis, and she took it from there. Mary was so very helpful. She answered any questions, set up all my appts, was the go between with my insurance co, and was my cheerleader. I went to Dr. Rupert in Tennessee for my trial, and met the best medical staff I could ask for. They treated me like we were old friends, but were extremely professional. My PT from the Abbott Co, Nichole, was amazing. She kept in constant contact with me the whole way. I am scheduled for the permanant procedure a week from today, and I am so excited!! I had such a great experience with the trial procedure that I can't wait for the next step. I am so very thankful to Mary Gravis, who I call my lifesaver, The Migraine Centers of America, Dr. Matt Rupert and his whole staff, and Nicole from the Abbott Ins. for giving me my life back!! I am a walking billboard for the success of this procedure!!

Everyone I have dealt with throughout this experience so far has been awesome... professional, friendly and prompt!! They have really stayed on top of everything so it would go smoothly. My first contact was Mary Gravis . She and the others are top notch...from keeping me informed, to scheduling the appointments needed, to dealing with my insurance carrier. You never feel like you're just left hanging, wondering about something. The others who have helped me along are Ashley Davies, Angelisa Chandler and Shuanna Williams (I know I'm leaving someone out... sorry if I did.) I'm so excited for my trial to begin 9/25!!!!

I have had complications with the surgery (just with healing) but they promptly did a reconstructive surgery on the incision so the scar won’t be bad and have been super kind and helpful the whole way. I have been able to text them with any concerns and they respond quickly. I seriously appreciate that because calling your doctor at 2 in the morning for a concern isn’t something I typically would do. They work with your insurance and cover a lot of the costs and they also walk you through every step of the process to make sure you know exactly what’s going on and what you steps you need to take next.
