“We had a wonderful time here. Rooms looked newly renovated and loved how they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower in dispensers. Same thing for hand soap and body lotion by the sink. The room was roomy and staff at the front were friendly. We ate breakfast there all 3 days and they had the best waffles we've had. They do put it away right at 9 though. Pool was great too, as we had it all to ourselves 2 nights in a row. No issues with parking. We would definitely be back.”

It is apparent that the coaches, staff, members, and all in between are there with purpose and don't simply act as cheerleaders. “Great place, really good coach (coach King, is who I took my assessment with) Only thing about this place I did not like was there is no boxing classes on the weekend and there are no built in showers. They are in the process of installing showers, and when they do I will be joining this place. Hopefully, the showers are individual and nice. I do reccomend this place to anybody who is trying to be physical fit or have a certain type of conditioning. Great place to workout and a very good environment. The immediate surrounding area is good as well.”
