  Terrific customer service. I had an older can of paint which was still half full. Wen opened, it somehow had rust inside the rim and some chunks of it fell into the creamy white paint. Instead of pushing me to buy a new can of freshly mixed paint, they removed the chunks and used a screen type bag to filter any solids from the paint...and then they put it on their agitator machine to make sure it was well mixed. They put the screened paint in a brand new can which has the formula information on it which was so nice. They warned that the color might have been slightly tinted because of the rust but it was only needed on the ceiling of a small closet so it was perfect as it was. It took just a few minutes and I was on my way to eradicate the stains from a previous water leak.

  Texas Paint on Lovers Lane is wonderful. They carry the top designer paints of Benjamin Moore and Fine Paints of Europe. From the manager, assistant manager, design consultant to all colleagues on staff, this place is the most professional and helpful paint store ever. Brenda Bond, Decorating Specialist, provided an affordable 90 minute interior and exterior consultation at our home. Her advice was perfect, and she even sent shutter style : color recommendations by text over Thanksgiving. Then she arranged almost a complete rebate of her design fee when we purchased the paint. Our project was complicated. Shannon Wolf and Ryan spent a great deal of time explaining which prep products would give us the best results. Everything worked together to create the magic we hoped for. Their Historical Paint Collection works beautifully on older homes. We had our painter bid for the work only so we could purchase the highest quality paint from the store of our choice. The paint is much prettier than the previous so-called match by another company store. This is the only paint store we will ever use. So many designers post Benjamin Moore paint colors on Pinterest. Glad we did not compromise. Plus now we know about Fine Paints of Europe. LOVE THIS STORE!

  I am a installer that recommended Texas Paint to Janeys boss.
  Brenda @ T.P. went out of her way her way to provide excellent service to her customer.
  After they received their wallpaper, the customer decided not to have it installed.
  It was not returned for unsatisfactory customer service.
  I Personally have never received bad service from T.P.And W.
