(February 2, 2019, 4:28 pm)We spent one night in the hotel before catching a plane to our next destination. The room was great, extremely comfortable bed and a nice restaurant. The Customer Service was just the best. Once I arrived at the airport I realized I left my earrings in the bathroom and called the hotel. The representative that answered the phone said she would go right up to the room and see if the earrings were there and they were. She mailed them to me and very thoughtfully cushioned the envelope so not to get damaged. Now that is Customer Service.
