“I've used this car wash a few times and recently had an incident where something came off my car during a basic wash. I admittedly didn't repot that day, but went back a few days later to discuss with management. I received a quote of several hundred dollars from my car dealership to fix and was hoping Mi-T-Fine might help cover the cost. Instead, the manager went above and beyond to show me the dealership was incorrect and the piece that fell off was not in fact broken, and snapped back into place perfectly! After spending the better part of an hour making sure everything was attached as expected, the manager was kind enough to give me a free car wash. I truly appreciate the customer service and transparency from this team.”

“Wow I’m so happy I found this place. Joe is the supervisor and offered amazing customer service. He made sure I was comfortable in the recently sanitized lobby and did a PHENOMENAL job on my car. My whole car was sparkling after the super wash. And the best part? It was only $55. Awesome experience at wave wash. This is now the only place I’ll go in Dallas for my car wash. FYI they use a leather conditioner for your car that protects the seats for three months, other places use cleaning agents that will crack the Vinyl over time.”
