“Customer service wise was excellent. Brought in hedge trimmer that just exploded-still under warranty. At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.”

I reserved a truck delivery so that everything would come in at once. I was surprised by how cost effective this option was. I quickly received an update on my order and was connected with order specialist, Sandie Longs. She has been a life saver. I've had to make multiple changes to my order and she's been there every step of the way. She was responsive and extremely patient as I gathered item numbers and change details. Aside from Sandie's awesome customer service, this Lowe's location has a great selection of products and specialists are always on the floor ready to help (especially in appliances).”
