(August 13, 2019, 6:09 am)We walked in at 4 pm with no appointment and there was no one in front of us. Kim and Ms D were absolutely amazing at taking my 4 year olds blood. They had him laughing and talking to them the whole time they were prepping to take blood. He did get upset when the needle came out but they did such a great job of calming him down he was laughing again before they took the needle out. I was very impressed.
