Cyrus is such a pleasant person. He was thorough, knowledgeable and even took the time to see what other medical assisted device needs I had for my mother after hip surgery! He reminded me of other mobility options for her and quoted a great price. Delivery was flawless. He took the time to show me how to operate all items that I rented. He even showed me how to quickly extend the rental if needed using just a barcode. I give this company and Cyrus 5 stars! Excellence in customer service on every account!

We had a medical emergency while on vacation in Cancun Mexico. Not only were they able to get the exact items needed but also did a 2 day delivery. They contacted me during the delivery process with updates on shipping. The price was also the lowest I was able to find. Very thankful and would highly recommend.

The service was beyond the scope! Cyrus charges nothing for evaluating if you bring your equipment to him! Then he will try everything to repair it on the spot. Even deliveries are no charge. Very reasonable prices, less than most other places. You can tell he has compassion for his customers!
