Fantastic experience from start to finish. I checked in online, waited in a neat, clean waiting room approximately 20 minutes, and spent about 15 minutes with the doctor after the nurse swabbed me for all the respiratory illnesses. I was treated with compassion and not like a hypochondriac. The front desk staff was top notch and I watched them walk through complicated insurance things and difficult questions from patients. I hate urgent care generally, but if I could use this place for primary care I would in a heartbeat.

The staff was very helpful in explaining details on my insurance and also very efficient with the diagnosis of my issue. I was in and out in less than 1 hr. The prescription that was written for me was ready to be picked up within 1/2 hr. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you to the whole staff!

I have to say that this is the absolute best Urgent care that I've EVER been to! These people are so thoughtful and caring, and they definitely go above and beyond the call of duty where their patients are concerned. I am so blessed to have found them, truly. And I will NEVER go to another one, so hopefully the wonderful Doctors and staff stay right where they are. Thank you so much, I'm so grateful to you.
