Joseph is an outstanding trainer. He is a professional athlete, a highly qualified and certified performance trainer. He is also very flexible with scheduling and location. If you are a beginner into fitness, he will adjust the routines to your body needs, scaffolds and gradually increase the physical demand. Your body will feel worked out but not overwhelmed. I love his lively and encouraging personality.
He is also a sports trainer to children and young adults. My daughter loves the basketball practice routines Josepth has created for her.
Joseph is awesome! He really motivated me to do my best. He truly cares for the people he trains. The workouts were fun, but good. I felt like I truly put my all out after a workout. One of the reasons, I selected Joseph was his ability to come to me (mobile) and he is flexible within reason (zoom). He is easy to talk to too about your weight loss goals. I definitely would recommend him. You will not be disappointed.
Re-start fitness is a great program for anyone who is ready to get serious about their fitness goals. It was my first time ever using a personal trainer and I was pretty intimidated since it's been awhile since I worked out and felt really out of shape but Jospeh has been amazing and made me feel comfortable and definitely will push you. You will have great support during your sessions and outside. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a personal trainer!
Re-start Fitness is an amazing training program and actually the best one I’ve had. Joseph is professional and pays attention to what your body needs in order to achieve your goals. He is also very informative on how each workout affects the different regions of the body and will help with modifications if needed. I’ve tried his meal preps and smoothies and they are delicious!!!!
