Total Point Urgent Care - DeSoto

Very convenient. Scheduled appointment for my daughter’s school physical and was seen same day. Staff is very kind attentive. Definitely my go to for urgent care needs.

Ugh the staff were SO sweet we honestly had a blast. It was so fast in and out without 10 minutes and the clean is super clean. Definitely will be going when needed.

BEST STAFF I’ve come across in a while! They were very welcoming. Loved their spirits. Highly recommend for care.

I was treated promptly!!! Very courteous staff; Damien was so knowledgeable and provided me with great tips for my upper back pain. I will return if I ever need urgent care in the future; so much quicker and personalized treatment than ANY ER!!!!

The facility was impressive, neat and clean. The front desk personnel was both patient and kind when explaining how to log in and fill out paper work. I may have waited about 20 minutes before going into a room and the staff apologized while letting me know they were exceptionally busy today. The nurse who cared for me was very empathetic and understanding while i explained my dilemma and Dr. Damien(the good one) was very familiar with my complaint and ready to assist. I would recommend this facility to anyone who finds themself in a medical bind and needs assistance.
