(February 12, 2022, 8:47 am)I’ve had an issue with my vehicles air springs for a few months now and had even taken it to another mechanic shop who couldn’t figure out the problem. As soon as I explained what was going on with my car Victor knew what the issue was, he is EXTREMELY knowledge about BMW’s and right away I could tell I came to the right place.
He explained every part of the process and showed me where on the vehicle it was faulty, and why it happens. He also found where previous repair shops did a shoddy job and fixed the issue for free. Not only that, but he charges the same price for an oil change as the “cheap” 5 minute oil change shops do, but the products he uses are high-quality BMW certified products.
Victor gained a loyal customer and I will never take my car anywhere else. You won’t regret bringing your car here.
(May 18, 2021, 10:37 am)I recently bought a new to me 2001 BMW 740IL and was loving it. One-day I was leaving work and noticed a pool of fluid under my car and when I turned it on, the check engine light was on. I started freaking out thinking about how much this was going to cost me. I discovered Victor's Bimmers R Us just 2 mins from my house. He's a great guy and not to mention very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issues, and had my car up and running in one day. Sucks in moving back to Houston soon, but I would definitely recommend Victor. He's a stand up guy.
