Smile Well Dentistry

I had a fantastic experience with Brandy and Nirmala at Smile Well Dentistry today. They were both extremely professional and thorough in cleaning of my teeth. The office was clean and welcoming and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I left with a bright, clean smile and will definitely be returning for future appointments. I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. But the Smile Well staff and doctors have changed my mind - and that was no easy feat!!

Jocelyn was very good she took care of my daughter very well. She was constantly asking her if she was fine and even gave her a stress ball to help her throughout the appointment. Yvette also did a great job any giving us the prices and explaining all the options that were available. I would highly recommend this office.

I came in for a simple cleaning and it was just that, simple and quick. The staff is so friendly and they work as a team very well. Jocelyn and Dr. Marneni explained everything thoroughly and answered the few questions I did have. Definitely found the dentist office for me.

My routine cleaning found a bit of extras that needed to be addressed. Jocelyn did a great job cleaning.. Brandy and Dr. Kim did very well explaining the issues and what they were doing to correct it.

What I liked was hearing the kindness between the staff. There was alot of Please and Thank Yous given, which from my perspective was nice to witness.

I have been coming to this office for decades and was unsure about the recent doctor/staff changes (since Doc Brown retired), but I'm very happy and will return.
