I went to her for the very first time today and she was AMAZING!! I’ve been looking for a new waxer for a while (4 months to be exact) and I was very hesitant because it had been so long. Booking an appointment was easy, she was on time and ready to start, she was friendly, kept great conversation, and making payment was a piece of cake. Even though it had been 4 months since I had a Brazilian, she handled it quickly and as painless as anyone could hope. I’m glad I've finally found my new waxer! If you’re thinking about it, I promise you won’t regret it. I’ve never given 5 stars before because there’s always pros and cons. I have no cons at ALL!! She’s a perfect waxer.

1st timer. Love the atmosphere. She was super professional. Service was done in timely manner. Exactly time gave on appointment. Studio was clean and quiet. Stylist was outgoing and fun loving. She explained service before completing service. I would definitely recommend her. Will definitely be a return customer. Also studio app was detailed and accurate.

I have been getting waxed by Jaleesa since she was at European wax center. From there to her own shop now, she has always been professional, fast and very efficient. I refer everyone I know to her.

Jalessa started off as my wax technician and she does such great work I decided to trust her with my hair. My natural hair was in need of care and attention that I couldn't find until NOW! Always on time and I'm never there longer than an hour and a half. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR WAXING and HAIR SERVICES.
