I've bought several items from this company and received excellent customer service each time. Even when there was a color mix up with my couch, they went above and beyond to fix it. The payment plans are great to get your furniture now. This is a great company.

This was my 1st time purchasing furniture for Metro Furniture it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely purchase again. Even the two young men that did the delivery and the setup of the furniture we very nice and professional 😊😊😊😊

I have bought several rooms of furniture from Karl, dating back to when he had his store in Red Oak. I love to wheel and deal, and Karl and I always have fun doing it. They have economy pieces and nicer pieces. You get what you pay for. If you're looking for the cheapest piece of furniture made, he can likely accommodate your request. If you're looking for high quality pieces he can also take care of you. I always walk out of there feeling like I got a fair price for what I bought. They are indeed good people and I like doing business with them.
