Dr, Keturah is the best doctor I have ever had for treating my mental health needs. She is very thorough, in that she asks questions concerning your entire life, when first meeting with you. She also takes however long is needed for your appointment, and never makes me feel as if I need to hurry or wait to address things at a later time. She also answered an email I sent to her on a weekend herself. It was concerning a bill, which could have waited for a weekday, and been answered by her assistant. In addition, when I first began seeing her, I would occasionally have a question, which I would leave on a voicemail or perhaps sometimes just request a return call. Her assistant, Chelsea, would call me back that same day, and not even wait for late in the day. When I remarked to her about that, she assured me that she checks her messages often throughout each day. That is so different from any other doctor I have had in the past in any field. I am extremely thankful to be working with her, and finally feel as if my medications are helping me, in addition to our conversations.
