First let me say this was such an unexpected blessing to get the device this soon. So thankful and excited for my child. Price delivered the device and was very communicative prior, making sure I knew when he would arrive. He showed me the setup and taught me how to properly maintain the machine and accessories.

Issac was great 💙 We have been having issues with her pulse ox machine. He ran diagnostics on a new one before even bringing it out to us. Once he got here he helped me troubleshoot and figure out it was our sensors. He walked me through a lot of things without talking down to me. Great experience!
