Best Buy is so lucky to have Alex as employee. Not sure if it his name but it said Alex in his shirt. He always give out happy vibe.He is so kind!!! He's super fast & so smart! He knows everything & super super nice. I rarely see sale man that sweet & honest. Wish I have employee like Alex, my business will thrive & success. He is so understanding no matter what. How can he be that happy & so much energy all the time? :D Thank you Alex & thank you BestBuy. Make me believe life is still great ... Thank you the little young manager lady that help me out today. The Best Buy Outlet in Farmers Branch is a hidden gem for deals on TVs and large appliances. Most of the products are end of season clearance store display items or open box customer returns. Don't let that scare you away. I've bought 3 high-end TVs, a dishwasher, and 2 TV wall mounts. All of the items were in good shape and priced around 50 to 60% of the original retail price. That said, large appliances can be hit or miss as some have moderate physical damage which is apparent just by looking. I will definitely continue visiting when I'm in the market for a new TV or appliance.
