I'm very pleased with everything. The cost was very reasonable for self-pay, the facilities and staff were very professional and friendly. Scheduling was easy, there was frequent communication with me and online information gathering made the whole process very efficient.

The only thing that could have been better was the scheduling availability - the soonest appointment was over 2 weeks. Still this wasn't terrible.

Thanks Radiology Assist for all of your help in making my CT happen! I am Canadian and needed imaging that I cannot access in Canada. I was a little out of my element trying to seek care in the US but Radiology Assist has been a great service for me. The cost of imaging was impressive and Radiology Assist staff have been very helpful in answering my questions. I had a bit of last minute stress with the imaging facility changing their protocols and not accepting my Canadian requisition between the time I booked the appointment and my appointment. I was days away from boarding a plane and was really lucky to be able to access the Virtual Consultation with Radiology Assist to have access to a US doctor last minute. The US doctor wrote the requisition I needed and it was back in my hands even before the 24 business hour deadline, allowing me to relax on my flight that my imaging would go ahead. I would 100% recommend Radiology Assist, especially as a non-US resident traveling to the US as a medical tourist. Thanks again Radiology Assist!

Absolutely amazing. I had to travel a few hours to get there, and got there early. They took me in early, so I was able to get back on the road way ahead of schedule. On a Saturday? At 8 a.m.? Personnel were nice, competent and very pleasant. Less than 1/2 the cost of back at home. I cannot give them a high enough rating. Convenient, awesome service, great hours, amazing price... 100% satisfied.

Excellent service. I don't have health insurance and was able to get a very affordable x-ray with report. Price seemed too good to be true but everything was straightforward. $31 and 4 days later I had an x-ray scheduled, left my appointment with images on a disc, and my doctor got the images and report sent to him 2 days later. Very happy with this Radiology Assist

Excellent service! The personnel was friendly and professional. As a person who can be considered "under insured", the assistance was greatly appreciated. They show compassion and are always willing to keep track of all necessary documents with coordinating doctor and radiology requirements. This was very important to me, because I was dealing with a breast cancer scare. I had good results, but things were less stressful because of the care and consideration shown by Radiology Assist.
