  Home buying is a life time dream but it is very difficult for a limited income family to select a home to meet all your needs. Ajay Prabhu is one of the best real estate agents in DFW area. During whole process of home buying, we feel very comfortable and friendly with him. He was very helpful in making our decision about our home. He understands the needs and values of the home buyers. I give him excellent scale as a real estate agent.

  Ajay Prabhu is very helpful, knowledgeable and excellent realtor agent. I contacted him by looking at the reviews only. I never asked about reference to anyone. So, I am glad that I contacted him and that was the best choice that I made. I was in Houston, Tx and I wanted to get good house in Frisco, Tx as per my budget and with good school. He is very smart & intelligent person. He will get the requirement from you and then he will explain the process very well if you don't have a idea. Don’t hesitate to ask him again and again. He is very calm person. I was a first-time buyer and he helped me a lot in each step of home buying process. I am still in the contact even after finished my process. Specially if you are first time buyer then I will recommend you to contact Ajay Prabhu. Just give him your requirement and let him do his job and you relax.

  Ajay is an excellent realtor. If you are new in the market to buy home and don’t have a lot of experience, Ajay is the person to go. He guided us with a more data driven approach, with current market dynamics and helped us in a more practical approach. He helped providing with a more comprehensive market analysis and helped us with all the necessary step by step information that needed for a new home buyer. His approach and his methodology and tools he provided made our home buying go very easy. He helped providing a lot of good information and he assisted from scratch and also the biggest strength in Ajay is the negotiation skill set that he helped us locking us a very good deal. If I have to do all this all over again and to buy another home , I have no doubt that I am going to Ajay to seek help and to be my realtor again.
