(December 14, 2019, 5:09 am)Food is fresh, service is great. My only complaint is that they open at 5am but are never ready at 5. Not sure what policy for them is but imo open at 5am means ready to serve customers at 5 not 0530. That said they are very nice and I always enjoy my time there.

(October 18, 2019, 1:37 am)Recently I applied here and I came in for an observation; what I learned was an amazing story about the passion workers have there. They are very dedicated to their technique - and it's family-run! I was told how all of the Shipley's chain tries to work together to stay on the same page and they're all close knit.

(September 12, 2019, 6:35 pm)Being from Arkansas Shipley donuts is what I grew up on and to this day their quality has not changed. I don't eat many sweets anymore, but I always treat my self with Shipleys when I want a quick reward in the morning. Great and fast staff everytime.
(March 15, 2019, 9:46 am)These donuts are light, airy, fluffy, and delicious. Just the way donuts should be. The majority of donuts are behind the counter, and easy to pick out. The staff was friendly and eager to help, working fast to assist the next customer. Prices were great for the quality of donuts you receive. Drinks and coffee available, as well as tables to sit and enjoy your purchase.
